      • Job Listings and recruitment postings

      • Digital tools, membership access, and platform features

These services are intangible digital services delivered electronically through our platform. Because of the nature of these services, traditional product returns are not applicable once the service has been activated, delivered, or used.

Users are responsible for reviewing the service details before completing a purchase.

 

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under specific circumstances where the issue arises due to platform or technical problems.

Eligible Cases for Refund

A refund request may be approved in the following situations:

  1. Duplicate Payment
    If a user accidentally makes multiple payments for the same service.

  2. Technical Errors

  3. Service Not Activated
    If a purchased service such as a gig listing, blog post, or job listing was not activated within the expected timeframe due to an internal error.

  5. Unauthorized Transaction (Verified Cases Only)
    If a transaction is confirmed to be unauthorized after proper verification.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the transaction. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • A gig or service has already been delivered, completed, or fulfilled

  • A job listing or blog post has already been published or scheduled

  • The user changes their mind after purchase

  • The user fails to provide required information or materials needed to complete the service

  • Incorrect information or content was provided by the user

  • Delays caused by the user in responding to requests for information

  • The user violates our Terms of Service or platform guidelines

  • Services purchased during promotional campaigns, discounts, or limited-time offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise

  • Low engagement, views, or applications received from a gig, blog post, or job listing

Invostep does not guarantee specific outcomes such as job placements, gig results, traffic, or conversions, and therefore such expectations do not qualify for refunds.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation of a purchased service only before the service has been initiated or activated.

Cancellation may be possible in the following scenarios:

  • Before a blog post or gig listing has been published

  • Before promotional services have been activated

  • Before administrative processing has begun

Once the service has been initiated, processed, or delivered, cancellation may not be permitted.

Invostep reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests based on the stage of service delivery.

 

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days

  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase

  • Depending on the payment provider, banks may take additional processing time of 3–7 business days

Invostep is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways, banks, or financial institutions.
